World of Warcraft - Trading Card Game Continues Worldwide Tour in Chicago
Hundreds of World of Warcraft Trading Card Game Fans Registered To Attend ‘Darkmoon Faire’ – June 15-17
The industry’s hottest and most-sought-after trading card game (TCG), Upper Deck Entertainment’s World of Warcraft TCG, continues its 2007 worldwide tour with a stop in Chicago.
The first of its kind, the World of Warcraft TCG Darkmoon Faire tour will feature 20+ different tournaments and activities for World of Warcraft TCG fans. Tournaments will range from beginner to advanced-level and will feature a variety of different formats and exclusive extended art prizes for all participants.
The event will also feature the highly popular Dream Machine Championship Tournament where the grand prize includes eight invitations to the 2007 World of Warcraft TCG National Championship and VIP passes to Gen Con Indianapolis.
Darkmoon Faire will also feature the newly released Molten Core Raid Deck and numerous PC stations with a private LAN server where fans can log-on to play the world’s most popular online game, World of Warcraft. The private server will feature pre-made level 70 characters decked out in complete gladiator sets and the entry fees will be donated to the Child’s Play Charity, http://www.childsplaycharity.org.
