Irvine, CA - June 25, 2010 - Starting Saturday, June 26, Gamania
Digital Entertainment's Hero: 108 Online will open its doors to all heroes that
want to get a headstart on the competition and begin playing on their own
personalized account! Players from the closed beta will notice that many updates
were made to the game - such as a newly remodeled user interface, upgraded enemy
artificial intelligence, and various tweaks to the main storyline quest that
integrates it even deeper with the Hero: 108 cartoon storyline.
Saturday will also mark the release of the last episode from the series of "Who
is beanfun!"teaser videos, showcasing the lively and expressive spirit of
beanfun!, Gamania's online digital entertainment portal, which is the home of
Hero: 108 Online as well as Gamania's other upcoming titles. The three-episode
teaser videos include Hero: 108 Online's Mystique Sonia, Mighty Ray and Jumpy
Ghostface encountering and eventually befriending a mysterious bean. The energy
and quirkiness exemplifies the fun and effortless way everyone can experience
Gamania's original online titles and develop friendships at beanfun! Members
will have the option to easily access all games through "Game Zone", or enter
their favorite game through one-click of "Quick Start". There will also be an
interactive community where members can receive news, updates and promotions as
well as share experiences to enhance their gameplay experience through the
forums.
Players that have already registered for beanfun! can dive into Early Access
open beta, which will take place from 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, through 12
a.m. on Monday, June 28, after which, the servers will come down to prepare for
the full-scale Open Beta, which will launch shortly after. Game Masters will be
in-game running a slew of fun, interactive events throughout the Early Access
Open Beta.
