Tokyo, Japan - July 4, 2012 - Appirits, the Japanese developer of
Einherjar - The Viking's Blood, a
browser-based game combining RPG and turn-based tactic features, has just
announced their very first major in-game updates relating to hero, character
blood and job after the weekly maintenance on 4 July (SGT or GMT+8).
Firstly, the amount of bloods in Einherjar will be increased from 9 to 12
bloods.
Those 3 newly-added bloods are called God Bloods (Odin, Freya, Thor) with the
following effects:
- Odin Blood: HP, Strength, Tech, Agility, Intelligent are easy to
increase.
- Freya Blood: HP, Tech, Defense, Intelligent, Luck are easy to increase.
- Thor Blood: Strength, Tech, Agility, Defense, Luck are easy to increase.
Those Bloods are extremely rare and superior to normal Bloods, and help
units' stats easily increased higher. And similar to normal Bloods, those Bloods
may be inherited to later generations with a certain rate.
Secondly, a brand-new heroine called Leia will be available for summoning at the
square in players' territories.
She is an orphan girl who was raised at the Convent. She bears the fighting
blood from her father who was a strong warrior, and she is always proud of her
undefeated combat record. She is also a Sister with outstanding talents which
helped her achieve noble titles at young age.
Because of her wish of saving impure souls which were controlled by dark forces,
she has decided to leave the Convent for her own adventure.
High stats are typical feature of this character. Inherited the blood of
Gelhilde so the Luck and HP are easy to increase.
And finally, an elite Job will be available as a level-3 Job of Sister units.
That is Cardinal job. So from now on, players can have a stronger healing unit
in their Viking armies.
Cardinal owns the mighty strength which is as good as melee jobs and has the
healing skill of Bishop. This Job can learn skills Resist IV and Double Attack
