| BlackKingX | Posted: 12/26/2006 5:36:19 AM Most of the ratings and votes are completly bias. If you want the truth about this 'online community', here it is: -It is NOT an actual game.. Just a chat room with graphics and the ability to create your own SMALL world. -The 'online community' is only majorly updated once every 3-5 years(Even then it's usually just one more playable sprite.).. Sometimes it gets "very minor" updates. -The 'online community' is a breeding ground for furry cyber sex(Yes. People that like to have sex with other people dressed up like animals.). I do NOT suggest this game for children, or people that aren't interested in furry cyber sex(PS: To all you perverts out there, no one does human cyber sex. You're always a furry or animal.) -Although you get the option to create your own little world and program it; This feature is VERY limiting and buggy! However I do give it a thumbs up on the tool they give you to create custom graphics. I suggest downloading the game and deleting everything except the graphic tool(Very similiar to MS Paint, but easier to make isometric graphics with.). -The community is horrible and mainly filled with trolls.. But what community on the internet isn't horrible? Anyways. If you want to hang around people that are full of themselves and think they're better than everyone else, this is the place. -You must pay HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS to get different avatars such as dragons, and wings. Even after paying hundreds of dollars it will only last for around a year, unless you pay 300 dollars+ to get it for life. -The owners do not have enough money to actually hire customer support and helpers, so insted they have a volunteer program. However the volunteer program is VERY elitist and is a breeding ground for power hungry suck ups. -It is NOT a good place to make friends! Most of them won't hesitate to stab you in the back! |

Though better graphics are promised, it is not for a couple of updates. As updates only come around every three years, that will not be any time soon. |

Even if Furc is fun it in no way deserves a 10 and it isn't perfect at all. No game is. But here is the thing; FURCADIA ISN'T A GAME!! I don't get why the people who make it call it a game. It's nothing more than a chat program with graphics. Very bad graphics at that. Yes, you can Role Play on Furc but that doesn't make it an MMORPG at all. Furc is nothing more than a MUD with graphics. So why did I give Furc such a low score? Because it's 10 years old and has made little to no progression. The people who run Furc put out updates every few years. The game is still stuck in the stoneage of the computer world. The graphics are horrible. The music is horrid and everything about Furc is horrid. The only good things abotu Furc is that it can run on old computers for one. Two, you can customize things. Three, if you look hard enough you can find a good RP. The players of Furc are mainly elitist, OOC jerks, little kids and perverts who want to "yiff." There is a small amount of actually nice people and good role players. The DEP (people who run Furc) are lazy and rude. Scamming and hacking happens all the time on Furc and the DEP does little to nothing to help. They exepct users to have millions of logs and screen shots because they don't back up their own server. Art theft is rampent on Furc. Furc lets you make your own portrait and you can make dream maps and such...but once you upload anything to Furc it's free game. No matter how hard you try, people will still your work and DEP will do little to nothing in terms of helping you. Since the DEP is too small and lazy to handle all of Furc, they have Beekins to do all the work. However; Beekins are mostly made up of ass kissers, children, people who don't know how to help and the rest are people who never help or get on Furc. Lovely. What? Your avatar is too plain? Buy a digo! You can buy wings that don't fly. Dragons that breath out prissy hearts and Phoenix that look transgendered. Oh, and very ugly gryphons. These items are expensive and expire unless you buy them for life which cost an arm and a leg. All in all, Furc is an ok chat program but not a game. It's just not amazing, it's not fun and it needs serious help. If your computer can handle it, you'd be better off playing Second Life. Or here is a novel idea; go outside! |

| lotharl | Posted: 6/14/2006 8:57:47 AM 1 am sorry to have to give this game an "unplayable" rating. yet there seams to be some kind of bug or glitch in thier website. for over the last month i been trying to contact them about this and have yet to get a reply to my emails. whats going on with me is i cant even load up thier webpage because it cant be read with mshtml.dll system files using win98. i always recive a iligel oop msg before the page even starts to load. thus i have never even seen thier homepage. i have even tryed using a difrent computer and i get the same results. i am sure this is a fun exciting game and i would enjoy it greatly, however, sence i cant get them to answer my emails or reply in anymanor for over a months time, i have to give it an unplayable rate. though i have not given up completly, i am tierd of trying and geting no respawns. |

| OldMember38285 | Posted: 8/10/2005 10:15:06 AM Okay what we have here is a chatroom with graphics,that might be okay if it were a friendly chatroom but it isn't.Basically you have alot of kids with attitudes that get pissed at you if you talk about the real world or don't take furcadia seriously.Now these people must have sad,sad lives if a game about talking animals is this serious to them.What a waste of oxygen these people are.Hopefully they will be systematically sterillized as these people do not need to spread their genes to another generation. |

You just make a animal character and talk to people. The program is incredibly boring. The controls are terrible, the graphics are poor, it's an all around bad program. |

The battle system can't be bad on this game cause there is'nt one, you can't even fight!!!!!!!It's like playing Barny online with an R raded section!Sure you can make things but that doesn't make up for the fackt that I would rather chew crap!!!!!Sure I like being creative and this game lets me be creative but it still sucks!!!!! |
