Unlike games with levels, Furcadia has no pressure to obsess over it and constantly be online. I have made many friends online here. This is the best game available and I plan to stay here. |

| Meiun | Posted: 1/1/2007 11:35:49 AM I have been playing Furcadia for over three years, and I have got to say.... This is one of the best MMO I've played. You can make your own worlds, one hundred percent custom. Change the walkabouts, make games and quests, anything. There's no limit to what you can build. Furcadia has a friendly community. Like any online (or offline even) community, there are the bad people and the good people. I've made many friends on Furcadia - 89% of the folk here are friendly. Your character can be one of seven free species (feline, canine, musteline, equine, lapine, mephit, or rodent) with a new free minotaur character promised. There's also some pay avatars - four types of wings (batwings, butterfly wings, tricoloured wings, and classical wings, with kitterwings promised), and mythical creatures with abilities (gryphon turns into eagle at will, dragon breathes magic, and phoenix bursts into flame). Sure, there's an R-rated area, but that comes with the furre community. All Adult rated maps (dreams) are restricted to the main map called Furrabian Nights, and there are eight other main maps for those not interested in 'that stuff'. Furcadia has a well-developed roleplay continuity, and always promises some interesting interaction between players All in all, Furcadia is worth a try. Its not a bloody war game, or filled with quests - its about the people, here. |

| Atio | Posted: 12/28/2006 1:46:08 AM Furcadia is the best game ever!! ^_^ Plus, I like- no, LOVE the fact that if you don't like the way the default avitars look, you can just make your own area to play in using whatever avitar you wish! Even though it requires some smarts to make it awsome n_n;; Sadly, some people playing it are pompus(sp?) fools who think they're better than everyone else. But hey.. that's what the ignore command is for! :D (it must win the rating thingy cause it's the bestest free online game out there~!!!! >3<!) |

| BlackKingX | Posted: 12/26/2006 5:36:19 AM Most of the ratings and votes are completly bias. If you want the truth about this 'online community', here it is: -It is NOT an actual game.. Just a chat room with graphics and the ability to create your own SMALL world. -The 'online community' is only majorly updated once every 3-5 years(Even then it's usually just one more playable sprite.).. Sometimes it gets "very minor" updates. -The 'online community' is a breeding ground for furry cyber sex(Yes. People that like to have sex with other people dressed up like animals.). I do NOT suggest this game for children, or people that aren't interested in furry cyber sex(PS: To all you perverts out there, no one does human cyber sex. You're always a furry or animal.) -Although you get the option to create your own little world and program it; This feature is VERY limiting and buggy! However I do give it a thumbs up on the tool they give you to create custom graphics. I suggest downloading the game and deleting everything except the graphic tool(Very similiar to MS Paint, but easier to make isometric graphics with.). -The community is horrible and mainly filled with trolls.. But what community on the internet isn't horrible? Anyways. If you want to hang around people that are full of themselves and think they're better than everyone else, this is the place. -You must pay HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS to get different avatars such as dragons, and wings. Even after paying hundreds of dollars it will only last for around a year, unless you pay 300 dollars+ to get it for life. -The owners do not have enough money to actually hire customer support and helpers, so insted they have a volunteer program. However the volunteer program is VERY elitist and is a breeding ground for power hungry suck ups. -It is NOT a good place to make friends! Most of them won't hesitate to stab you in the back! |
